Laila has helped a LOT with the Bjerknes family. Alf Bjerknes, my grandfather, was an immigrant. My mother (91) and aunt (89) haven't had much to say about their father. My grandmother, Margaret Horgen, was born in the US. She lost her US citizenship when she married Alf who at that time was an alien. I have yet to figure out how to get this info on this blog. I am using Family Tree Maker and do have a lot of info for both Alf & Margaret.
Hi Sue, Thanks for the comment you left me. I have been feeling guilty about slacking off on the blog, so I am glad to know others haven't noticed:-). It has just been a busy time. I look forward to seeing this blog of yours develop. Thanks again for visiting! Astrid
Hi Sue! Nice blog you got here! I have good experience in searching for relatives in Drammen, maybe I can help you there if you need help :)

I have a lot of information on my FTM 2010 for Alf Bjerknes and don't know how to get some on it onto my blog.
